Previously known as Bauhinia scandens and commonly known as "Climbing Bauhinia" or "Climbing Butterfly Bush". Bauhinia corymbosa is an evergreen, climbing/trailing plant bearing loose clusters of pinkish-rose flowers in Spring and Autumn. The leaves are small, bright green and butterfly-like (folding into two), arranged on slender arching stems. This is is an ideal climber for warm to hot positions in the garden. It also makes a magnificent display in large hanging baskets or cascading down slopes or over retaining walls.
