Carex appressa, commonly known as "Tall Sedge", is a very hardy plant, ideal for constructed wetlands or bio-retention zones. Also suitable for ornamental landscape applications such as dry river bed gardens, wet and poorly draining areas of the garden. Carex appressa is a clumping plant with upright to arching fine green, raspy foliage.

How far apart should I space my plants ?

Space at 500mm for dense plantings, otherwise, 1m apart.
