Ceratopetalum gummiferum 'Albery's Red' is an early flowering, compact variety of "NSW Christmas Bush". It produces masses of white flowers in Spring, followed by showy, red sepals. The evergreen foliage is soft and graceful, the leaves are mid green and arranged in trios. This plant is in high demand for the cut flower market during Summer, for the flower, leaves but mostly for the sepals. A small tree to large shrub it is a perfect feature plant, excellent in garden beds and the cuttings as stunning floral arrangements about your house.
