🌿 Do air-purifying plants actually work?
They sure do — but with a little dose of reality. While plants like Spider Plant, Peace Lily, and Snake Plant are great at filtering nasties like formaldehyde and benzene (cheers, NASA!), you’d need a mini jungle — think 10–20 healthy plants — to really notice a difference in air quality indoors.
That said, they’re still little green legends. They freshen the air, lift your mood, add humidity, and look gorgeous while doing it.
📦 Tip: Pop a few of these leafy gems in the rooms you use most — like your bedroom or office — and breathe a little easier.
