Laurus nobilis “Sweet Bay” has aromatic, dark green leaves used as flavouring in cooking. Small, lemon-yellow flowers appear on this evergreen tree during Spring. Ideal use for tubs and can be clipped into shape. If planted in the ground in the appropriate conditions Laurus nobilis can grow as a large bushy shrub or small tree, reaching a height of 7.5m . Can be used as a large growing hedge.

Try using a fresh leaf in your cooking, compared to a dried leaf and experience the taste sensation.
