However, some noted plant quality issues, with a few arriving wilted or trimmed. Sizing concerns mentioned pots being "too big for the plants." Limited color options also noted.

It's great to look like a pro!

This is such a great idea - the plants are packed so lovingly that they actually survive well over the couple of days it takes for them to arrive. I then had a delay of a day or 2 before I could remove them from the packaging and plant them. I literally watched them unfold once removed and planted.

That's so lovely to hear! We put a lot of thought into how we package our plant babies to make sure they arrive happy and healthy. It's always a joy when they unfurl and flourish in their new homes. Thanks for being a fellow Plant Nerd!

Everything I have bought from plants in a box has been amazing. I especially love the pots and my plants always arrive in top condition.

Some plants were a little wilted and one of them had lost all leaves entirely (I’m propagating the roots in water and hoping it will come back), otherwise super happy with the rest.

Please contact our support we guarantee all our plants on arrival, even if it is one little plant. Glad you were overall super happy though! Woot, Woot!

All plants survived their travels and were beautiful on arrival. The self watering pots are genius, only wish I could have got the mixed colours (out of stock when I ordered), great price too

I liked the quick shipping and customer service. Unfortunately they all died within the week, but that was probably due to me being a serial plant killer.
