    I very recently ordered 20 plants , I'm from NSW and the plants arrived within 3-4 days, packaging was brilliant, plants were well watered and full of moisture, none seemed to be dried out. I'm no plant guru but they looked like good plants to me, two plants seemed to be un-well after a number of days, I emailed Debbie and she was of great assistance and responded in a timely manner, after a week I lost two out of 40 plants, I emailed Debbie and she replaced my two plants free of charge.

    Great service A+++

    All my plants are now thriving!
