Customers praised this convenient houseplant and self-watering pot bundle for its "great quality" and excellent packaging. Plants arrived healthy and "thriving" with good variety. The self-watering pots are functional and attractive. However, some noted soil is not included, requiring separate purchase. One customer received a dead plant.

The plants arrived was not as expected (as featured the website). Also one plant was yellow and "dead". My biggest disappointment is when you purchased plant + pots, one would expected it has everything you needed. But I was told I need to buy soil on top. For the price, I think I will have between value from other places or head to Jungle collection sale.

The positive - the follow up email and care instructions etc was a nice touch.

Hi, there we are more than happy to help you out, we only love happy plant people. If you could send us some photos be great so we can sort you all out - email hello@plantsinabox.com.au. We don't state that we include the soil in the listing so sorry if this was confusing to you. We sell the bags of soil purely for convenience and due to customer demand. Sorry, you didn't like the experience but be great if we are given the chance to change this?

look forward to hearing from you

Happy with plants and pots love them

So glad the pots and plants found a new home but I am sorry to hear the sustees haven't been working. I have sent through a separate email with some how to's to hopefully work out what has gone wrong. If that doesn't get them working we will send out some replacements.

The pots look great but I’ve noticed more flies. Not sure if it’s because the flies are liking the water in the base or if it’s just the weather!

Thank you for taking the time to review your pots + plants, it all helps us grow and we appreciate your patience with the coir mats. We haven't heard of this happening before with the pots, but keep an eye on them and let us know if it still continues after the weather changes!

I ordered 6 houseplants (animal friendly) with 6 self watering pots. The plants look healthy and the instructions were easy to follow to pot them up. I just now have to keep them going and keep my cats away from them!

We so appreciate the compliment! Thanks for taking the time to write to us - enjoy your new indoor plants

Blown away by the incredible customer service and the quality of plants I ordered. Everything was well packaged / carefully secured in their box. I also live in the South Coast of NSW and despite being quite a long way from the Goldie, delivery was fast and plants arrived happy and in great condition. Love the self-watering pots. I highly recommend them. Can’t wait to shop here again. Thanks so much, PIAB, for sending me my plant swap request!
