    Horrendous price gauging. Paid for gift wrapping, they chucked some paper and rope into the box. They. Didn’t. Even. Wrap. It.

    We’re sorry to see you are still unhappy with our service, Please accept our sincerest apologies again for the way your gift wrapping arrived. As we’ve spoken about over email, it wasn’t up to our usual standards and we have put new procedures in place to make sure it doesn’t happen again. We do the best we can to pack these babies so they arrive safe and sound but sometimes their trip in the post can be a long journey, which we don't have control over.     Looked lovely and presented well, made it very easy to gift as a Christmas present. Although the shipping sticker ruined the box which was irritating.
