In this pretty little package you will receive one Maidenhair Fern, one Mr Kitly Selfwatering Pot and a coir mat to keep the pests away.
The Maidenhair fern is one of the most gorgeous ferns with her lacey, soft to touch green foliage sitting on slender stems. Once you get to know her she is easy to care for and so easy to love.
Your only decision now is which pot colour. Eeekk!
Incredible, healthy tubestock plants or your money back.
You may have heard of the Maidenhair Fern and rumour has it she is a bit of a diva. Do not let this gossip scare you off. The Maidenhair fern is easy if you find the right spot for her. She comes from tropical rainforests and is found growing along creek beds, in rock crevices and in decaying tree stumps where the soil is nice and humus-rich. At home plant her in a small pot and use a well-draining soil full of nice organic matter, make sure her soil is consistently moist, her foliage is out of direct sunlight and she is in a nice, warm, humid environment and she will be a happy girl.

What to use me for: I make an elegant looking houseplant
I grow to: 50cm tall & 30cm wide
Where to place me: I like a humid spot with a bright filtered light. I am not a creep but next to the shower in the bathroom will be perfect. I don't like to be in drafty conditions. Find the right spot. Despite what some people think…these guys need light! A bright position that gets the morning sun but not the blazing arvo beams are the best location.
Watering conditions: Keep my soil nice and moist but not soggy, I do not like to dry out
Soil Conditions: I love a well-draining potting mix
Please take care when choosing your plants. Some plants are poisonous and individuals may be more sensitive or react differently.
I am currently 25- 30cm tall in a 125mm nursery pot
Ok, you have probably heard I can be a bit dramatic but if I start to cause dramas don't be scared to cut me right back down. From there keep me in a warm spot and cut back the watering and I should reshoot bigger and better. When growing maidenhair fern indoors, the plant prefers small containers and dislikes repotting. Maidenhair is also intolerant of low humidity or dry air from heating or cooling vents when grown in the home. Therefore, you will either need to mist the plant daily or set it on a water-filled pebble tray.
Our plants are beautifully grown and have well-developed roots. They are hardened, can be planted directly into the planters and are excellent performing Indoor plants - it’s our plant promise guarantee!
We carefully package your plants into a customised box to ensure safe transport, healthy plants and fast, free delivery to your door

Succulents don’t like a lot of water and long periods of drought won’t hurt yours one bit, they’re the best type of plant for forgetful folk, or those that are away from home a fair bit, so don’t feel bad if you haven’t given him a drink yet. One of the most common mistakes people make is watering them too much! The best potting mix for succulents is a well draining one. Using a good potting mix of porous soil for succulents is super important to prevent overwatering. Water your succulent when the soil is dry. Soak it thoroughly rather than giving it regular sips and always empty excess water from the saucer as it will rot the roots. If you’re struggling try one of our self-watering pots they make a plant killer look like a pro! In winter succulents need even less water. You can touch the soil each week and if it’s even a bit damp then leave it alone and try again the following week. Succulents need little moisture and although it seems cruel, a sure-fire way to kill your beauty is by watering it frequently. This will turn it to mush.
If in doubt, leave it without.
