Customers praised these hedging plants as "healthy" with "excellent root systems" and "bushy" growth. Most arrived in "perfect condition" with "best packaging ever." Many plants flowered quickly after planting. However, some customers reported plant deaths over time, soil loosening during transit, and occasional damage with express delivery. A few found better value locally.

    Such cute little babies

Our Murraya arrived looking so happy and healthy. I followed the instructions emailed to me to care for them while the heatwave is here. We will plant when there are cooler days to help them settle in.
The process was so easy and postage was surprisingly quick!!

All the plants died - some took a few months and the others lasted a bit over a year. In hindsight, I should have gone to Bunnings.

Looked locally but plants were very expensive and some looked very shabby. Have bought from Plants In A Box before, more than happy to purchase again this time.

Ordered the mini muraya paniculata with express delivery. Plants got delivered in 4 days but the contents were totally mushed up. 4 of the 10 plants have dried up due to improper packaging / handling. i have ordered previously 8 plants with normal delivery and it took more than 10 days to arrive but were intact with less shock to the plants. I paid extra for the express post but not worth it. 2 of the plants were just placed on top with the contents all poured out. Not happy about it.
