Customers praised this pet-safe plant collection for arriving "healthy and in great condition" with excellent packaging. Many appreciated the variety and helpful care guides. However, some reported issues: occasional plant loss during delivery, fungus gnats, size expectations not met, and poor customer service responses to concerns about dying plants.
This was such a quick, simple and pet friendly way to bring some more greenery into my home while not having to worry about our dogs (oh peace lily 👎🏻). The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was one of my plants didn’t settle in too well, but 7/8 ain’t bad, hopefully I can turn the last one around with a bit of tlc 🙏🏻
The plants were surprisingly healthy looking on arrival. I almost expected them to be a bit wilted from the journey. Some were a little bound up in the tube but they planted out well.
Very happy with purchase, plants were all in fantastic condition. Would happily buy from Plants in a Box again :)

Sent me dead plants and my cats could not care what they are. Payed for 8 they sent me 2 of each and thought it would be 8 different ones with no identification had to figure it out myself and when I contacted about the dying ones they just sent auto messages telling me I over watered but I use a moisture meter so that's not happening

Plants arrived today, Friday morning 4th Aug, neatly packed, all looked healthy, have soaking in small amount of water until my self watering pots arrive from your company, here's to a nice healthy life, without killing them or my cats destruction.

Great selection, all the plants arrived in good condition. I like the mystery of not knowing what plants will arrive but feel safe in the knowledge that they are all cat safe. Weeks later they are growing nicely and I am sure they will continue to thrive.

These are going well. One came with fungus gnats which infected all the others over the next couple of weeks. So now I have to deal with that.
